Deep, deep flesh removal (resulting in scarification). Photo is two years old and it’s since healed (beautifully & exactly how I wanted it to). I knew the risks involved going into this deep flesh removal, and it’s exactly what I personally wanted.
Here is a photo of it all healed up, just so that you guys know it turned out well.
